3 Russian piping tips design || Easy tutorial american buttercream recipe

I am gonna sharing you today my favorate russian tips design using perfect and super stable buttercream icing. This american buttercream icing is also one of my favorate frosting when it comes to special cakes or heavy cakes because it is also a super stable icing.And the process on making this recipe is so easy and hassle free. Enjoy baking!

ingredients

6c or 6 1/2 c powder sugar
3/4c shortening
3/4c butter (unsalted)
3 or 3 1/2 Tbsp milk (cold)
1tsp vanilla extract

mix all the ingredients using laddle attachment, then beat atleast 5 to 6 mins..

note: If you think the icing is runny add powder sugar, but if dry add milk..

  1. Guys kung wala kayong confectioners sugar ang gawin nyo white sugar kung my majic bullet blender kayo pwede yun ganyan ginagawa ko.blend nyo lang po maging confectioners sugar powder na sya.

  2. Hi po maam,,ask ko lang po sana,may ordr po kasi sa akin na weddingcake…Ano po kaya ang pina ka stable na iceng ang gawin para sa cake,bukod po sa pondant…Hindi pa po kasi ako nkagawa ng weddingcake..salamat po sa sagot
