  1. Thank you. I will add Luke to my listening. I follow most of the others already. I just changed my player to AIRR, I love this new app, I can now clip audio from an episode and it will send me the text.

  2. Im listening to all these recommendations. I'm always sitting in my car in my driveway or parking lot trying to decide what episodes to listen to before driving. I just end up choosing a random one that I'm subscribed too and end up bored. Thanks for these podcast stations and top three episodes!

  3. Excellent content yet again, Katie! I must say I love your videos and I’ve become quite the fan! So happy to know there are others out there who share similar passions as me! Any recommendations on cognitive enhancements that actually work without the nasty side effects? I’m looking for something that increases mood and cognitive performances, Katie.

  4. That's a great list. Agreed on Dave Asprey. They're both impressively credentialed fonts of information, though I appreciate your caution about how they might be curating their guest lists and talking points to favor their own investments. Not imputing any motives here, just acknowledging that's a good axiom for anyone trying to chart the unregulated wilderness of biohacking safely. With that in mind, I'd add Dr. Paul Saladino's Fundamental Health podcast. His is one of the most heavily researched, science dense podcasts out there and, particularly lately, he seems to be really striving to provide a model of good faith debate this domain desperately needs.

    As for future subjects, mold and other airborne toxins and strategies for air purification are hot topics in health optimization. I'm curious about your take on the effects of sterilizing our home environment and if we might be courting the same imbalances in our external biome as we're facing internally from the overuse of antibiotics. Speaking of Dave Asprey, he has a company called HomeBiotic that addresses this issue with a probiotic household spray. They've also just come out with a home biome test kit. I'd be interested in your thought.
