Cooking with Cooksee Noodles : EP. 4 Spicy Seafood Flavored Rice Noodle

Korean Seafood Gumbo
Ingredients:
– 1/3 of an onion
– 1/2 of a tomato
– 1 Sausage
– 1 Celery
– 1 Paprika
– 5 Shrimp
– 1 Chicken stock cube
– Crushed garlic
– Olive oil 2tbsp
– 1 Bay leaf
– Pepperoncino
– Tomato sauce 6tbsp
– Olive oil 2tbsp
– 1 Cooksee Spicy Seafood Flavored Rice Noodle

Method
1. Cook the noodles by pouring hot water into the cooksee noodle container.
2. Blanch the tomato after slitting it, then remove the skin and dice the tomato.
3. Dice the onion, paprika, and celery and thinly slice the sausage.
4. Pour olive oil over a heated frying pan and cook the shrimp.
5. Pour olive oil over a heated frying pan and cook the prepared ingredients.
6. Pour water, tomato sauce, chicken stock, bay leaf, pepper, powder, and pepperoncino then mix under low heat.
7. Lastly, put the gumbo base and shrimp on top of the noodles!

Nutty Seafood Salad Noodles
Ingredients
– 1 Onion
– 2 Paprika
– 1 Cucumber
– Mixed salad
– Mixed seafood
– Olive oil 2tbsp
– Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
– Peanut butter 2tbsp
– Mustard 1tbsp
– Crushed peanuts
– 1 Cooksee Hot&Spicy Flavored Rice Noodle

Method
1. Cook the noodles by pouring hot water into the cooksee noodle container.
2. After cooking the noodles rinse with cold water for optimal texture.
3. Blanch the seafood in hot water, then rinse with cold water.
4. Thinly slice the paprika, onion, and cucumber.
5. Add the peanut butter, mayonnaise, olive oil, and powder then mix well with water.
6. Lastly, place the prepared ingredients in a bowl!
