  1. Does this include the amount of water contained in foods? Also please specify the difference between guzzling huge amounts of water and sipping it throughout the day to prevent mineral and electrolyte loss. I feel there's a lot of essential information missing here that can be harmful if someone doesn't know otherwise. Please address. Thanks!

  2. awww dam,, i did a perfect 64 oz for ,, wat im 30 now,, oh guess around two years,,, now you telling me i have to freekin DOUBLE THAT? ,, 96 minimum,,, i dont think,, ima have to,, figure something out,,, its the peeing im woried about and liver damage ya (how you know if your liver can take this much water? thats worrying for me),, wonder if i have issues with those?,, i have lots of inflamations not enough greens obviously defEnitly,, but greens cost water dont so less excuses for water,, still wonder if its normal to pee that much drinking so much water,, i want to train but when i do i get chest inflamed,, so i guess i def have to drink more when i train,,, i do have a little yellow eye sometimes thinking it could be a bit of liver issues,,, plant based doc seem to think all was ok,, think i got gilbert thing birilubin witch might b the reason ( i def dont eat enough greens,, im trying to grow plants in my fkin appartment,, but with covid cant get containers i need,, very hard to find containers that dont break so fkin easily,, last ones i thought would have been AMAZING for it,, but cheap shit they sell you at FKIN canadian tire piece of shit,, they used to have reliable products now its getting closer and closer to fkin dolorama bull shit,,, and on amazon those plastic containers are fkin like 4 5 times the prices of the heavy duty ones at rona,, cant tell what else to use,, glass too heavy cost insane no gian size ones potery maybe,,, hate the texture of it and doubt its in massive size ,, also i want to be able to use them to move out if i ever do CANT STAND Fkin smokers and heel walking neightbors (ya sry seems either my lack of fiber or probably the freekin rasberies making me itchy acne etc,, been a week ive avoided fats,, think flax chia reacts as inflamatory when i excercise (but my needle scalp issue only goes away with hemp pasta not green smoothies,, did a whole fkin month never been fixed, until i start eating fats again,, try cutting more stressful video games too and heavy blanket so many theories,, think vitamine e maybe i tested blood for magnesium just in case),, alge and leafy doesnt tho),, so many questions and new challenges
