2020 has been a year like no other.
The challenges we have faced this year have not only emphasised the importance of taking care of ourselves and our own mental health, but also the wellbeing of our friends and family during difficult times.
This seminar focuses on what we understand from research about how families and friends are affected and why it is important for them to be able to give voice to their experiences.

This seminar will also provide some insight into helpful resources within our community to support them and their loved ones who are living with mental health issues.
